Workout 1-25-17

Conditioning focus due to lower back pain earlier in the week:

Walk 0.25 miles, Run 1.5 miles, Ralk 0.25 miles

4 rounds:
10 box jumps
10 bar dips
10 pull-ups
5 dumbbell thrusters

15 minutes stair climber (maintain HR between 150 and 170 bpm)
10 minutes stretch
